Southampton Rib Charter - Speedboat Skippered & Bareboat Rib Hire

A "RIB" is a speed boat with a solid hull and wide tube sides as shown in the pictures below. The are fast and extremely stable so they make excellent sea boats. We then put this speedboat under the command of a local and experienced skipper to create a Southampton rib boat charter experience.

We own 3 rib boats including the largest charter rib boat in the Solent having 12 seats and 300hp of Suzuki power giving 45knts across the sea. Hire this boat with skipper and splash jackets all included from just £349 for the day. Your only other cost is the fuel used by the boat which is charged at tax free rate of £1 per litre.

Guests with an RYA powerboat level 2 qualification and some local knowledge can charter either of of our smaller 5 man Ribcraft boats without a commercial skipper for use £279 per day.

Southampton & Solent Rib Charter Details

Leaving Southampton Ocean Village marina at about 10.30am we take a fast run up to River Hamble for mid morning coffee at a riverside bistro. Pushing on towards Cowes we aim to lunch at the Folly Inn at about 1.30pm. A trip to Bucklers Hard for a mid afternoon drink comes next, before the run back to Southampton. Just an example day!
